It seems that updates are my current type of post. I apologize and some day will be better at blogging, I promise.
I haven't been bentoing much lately, and my story decided it didn't want to be written so there is a new one a-brewing away. I am down to one job now which is a huge blessing despite the fact it may mean slightly less stability in week to week hours.
So I am going to start making Bento again, especially because Logician bought me some awesome knives that make me want to Bento just to use them.
I really want to explore the idea of using brown rice and more raw or lightly water sauteed veggies. But all things in due time.
More to say later I'm sure!

ReplyDelete'Water Sauteed'? Huh! I just learned a new term.
Basically you take whatever veggie - I have tried it with green beans, baby bok choy, snow peas, and spinach - and you sauteed it with water as opposed to oil or butter. It takes only a few minutes and the veggies are delicious!
